What do I do if I need help with an order?

Please e-mail [email protected]with your inquiry. Please include a good phone number in case we need to reach you to help clarify your issue. Our team is on-site MON THRU FRI 10AM-5PM EST, and will have a response to you within 24 hours or less. 

If emailed during the weekend (SAT or SUN), our team will have a reply to you 1st thing Monday morning!


What if I want to order an item that is not on your website?

We have a massive inventory at Third Eye, and it’s ever-changing, so sometimes items may not be live on the site immediately. 

Give our flagship store, Third Eye Annapolis, a ring anytime MON-SAT 11AM-9PM EST or SUN 11AM-6PM EST, at 410-897-0322 & our team can check availability & help you place your order via phone!


How long does it take an order to process?

For all  IN-STOCK orders placed MON thru FRI, your order will process & ship within 48 hours

Please note: advisories during holidays will note you if there is a 1-2 day delay in processing and shipping.

If an order has pre-order items in it, your order will ship once all of the items in your order have been released to us and are in stock and available to ship.

If you have in-stock items that are part of that order you would like to receive sooner; please place them as a separate order from your pre-orders, or contact [email protected] to notify us that you’d like to be charged shipping on the in stock items in the order, and have them shipped now.

For newly in-stock items (i.e new comics releasing that week), your order will ship within 48 hours of release or sooner.


How can I place an online order for store pick-up or mail-order?

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, & PayPal.


Can I add to my order once it’s been placed?

Yes! Just like our brick-n-mortar stores, our online store is run by a team of real deal Third Eye peeps, and you know us: we’re good at helping you out!

Just email[email protected] with the order request, and as long as your order has not already shipped, we can add these items to your order & bill you the difference via invoice or web link.


How do pre-orders work?

Pre-Orders are for items not yet in stock with Third Eye, but have been advertised to us by the manufacturer.

They are the best way to guarantee you’ll get a hot new item without risk of it selling out upon release.
When you pre-order an item, we will have the estimated in stock date listed in the product description. Please be aware: dates do change, and when notified by the suppliers of this, our team will email you to update you on your product status.

In some rare events, manufacturers do not provide an update on delays, but if you are ever curious about the status of your preorder, just email: [email protected] and our team will respond within 24 hours to let you know.


If the item I pre-ordered says sold out on your website, will I still receive it if I pre-ordered?

Yes! Your pre-order is secure, and will be filled upon release, without any delay! Even though the item listing may say sold out — that has no impact on your pre-order item if you made your purchase while the item was available for pre-order! 🙂


Can I pick-up my order at one of your physical locations?

Absolutely! Just select in-store pick-up when checking out, along with the location you wish to pick-up at, and our team will process your order so it goes to that store.

Most of the stock we have available for purchase that’s not a pre-order item is available for same-day pick-up. Our team will contact you once your order has been processed & is ready for pick-up. It’s just like ordering your favorite takeout. 🙂

Please note: some items are not always in-stock at that location, and may need to be shipped from our warehouses to that store, which can add up to 5 business days of transit time.

With that being said: our team will notify you once your items are in-store and ready for pick-up.


What will my purchased item look like?

Most of the images you see on our website are stock images of product from our distributers. Sometimes these stock images are not always accurate or may not be the final product image. We always deliver our collectibles in the best condition we can but we do not guarantee stock image perfection.


What will be the quality of my purchased item?

We do our best to deliver the best looking product to you all! All of our figures & collectibles are shipped out in the same condition they were recieved from our distributers (which can be a little rough sometimes!). So we do not guarantee a specific grade of an item.

The display box may have creases or dents from shipping or the hang tab may be punched out due to display in our brick and mortar store.  We would not consider these to be defects to the product.
We cannot guarantee that action figures, statues and other collectibles will be shipped in the original cardboard box used by the distributor but will have all other original packaging unless otherwise noted.


Shipping FAQ

When will my order ship?

If placed MONDAY THRU FRIDAY your order will ship within 48 hours of order being placed. If your order contains PRE-ORDERS, it will ship the week that the final pre-order releases.


Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

Please check the items you’ve ordered, if an item is a PRE-ORDER item and is not yet released, your order will not ship until the final item in your order has been released.

If you would like to split your order into two separate shipments, please email [email protected] & our team can invoice you for the additional postage to ship what’s available now instead of waiting for the remaining items to come into stock.


How will you reach out to me if there’s an issue with my order before shipping?

We will contact you from [email protected] to alert you within 24 hours of the order being placed if there’s ever an issue with an item, be it an item having damage we found during quality control, or an issue with an item not being in stock at our main warehouse & needing a transfer from an alternate warehouse.

We will give you the option to wait for us to resolve the issue & ship the item, or to take cancel the order.

Shipping rates are based on the estimated weight of your order. Flat rate shipping is available based on estimated weight


What is Third Eye Thrifty Shipping?

Third Eye Thrifty Shipping is a way for you to stack up multiple orders to save on shipping. Basically, you order, select the THRIFTY SHIP option, which is at a 0 cost, and then we’ll contact you once a month with an invoice for your postage costs to ship your box of goodies!


What should I do if there’s an issue with my order?

If you accidentally selected store pick-up instead of shipping, please contact us with SUBJECT LINE: SHIPPING NEEDED along with your SHIP-TO address & our team can invoice you for the postage cost to ship your order.

If it’s an inquiry about shipping time, please make sure to check the tracking number you were emailed upon shipment, as that can usually provide a quicker answer.

If it’s an inquiry about an item damaged in shipping, please provide photos of the item & a photo of the PACKED BY card in your order.

If it’s an inquiry about an incorrect or missing item from your order, please include your order #, a photo of the incorrect item, and a description of the correct item, along with a photo of the PACKED BY card in your order.


How do you package your items?

All comics are shipped in bags and boards.
All comics are shipped in a rigid t-fold comic mailer , which may be packaged in a second box with additional packing material depending on the size of the order.
Additional protection is available upon request, please email[email protected]for additional packaging requests & they can quote you any additional costs incurred to provide.


Do your comics ship bagged and boarded?

Yes, we do ship our comics in bags and boards at no extra cost to you. 


Can I cancel my order if it’s already shipped?

Once your order has been dropped at the post office & scanned in, we are unable to cancel your order. 


Will there be a delay if I place an order during a Holiday week?

If it’s a holiday where USPS is closed (i.e LABOR DAY, etc), then your order will be shipped first thing on the next business day following.

The only holidays our shipping department are closed are THANKSGIVING DAY and CHRISTMAS DAY, so orders placed on the day prior to THANKSGIVING & on Christmas Eve, will have 1 extra day of handling time added.

Every other day of the year, Third Eye ships within 48 hours. If an emergency (natural disaster, power outage, etc) occurs, our website will be updated to reflect any delay in shipping.


Do you offer Third Eye Pullbox shipping?

We can do one-time ships on pullboxes if you have an in-store pullbox. If you’d like to coordinate this, please call your local Third Eye where your pullbox is held & let them know, and they’ll help set up the order.


Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?

Yes we do! Make sure you select USA as your country for your shipping address, and you’ll be charged the normal domestic rate.

We only ship USPS Priority mail to APO / FPO addresses as other options are subject to delays, and USPS PRIORITY MAIL is much quicker.


Can I order items on your website for in-store pick-up?

Yes you can! And, in-store pick-up is a free service, at no cost to you! Just select the Third Eye Comics location for store pick-up in the drop-down menu when checking out.
Our team will contact you via email and phone once your item has arrived for in-store pick-up. Store pick up orders are normally ready within 48 hours for in stock items & on the day of release for pre-order items.

Please note: in the instance where an item is not in stock at a Third Eye location, there may be a delay as the item is shipped from our warehouses or another Third Eye location for you. Our team will contact you via email to notify you of this delay.

When you visit the store to pick-up your item, just let the staffer know your first & last name, and they’ll grab your items for you! 


Do you ship to forwarding services?

Yes we do. Put the forwarding service’s address as your order’s ship to address. Please be aware that unless your forwarding service opens the package and reports the damage to us before forwarding it on, we are not responsible for any damage sustained in transit.
